Guy Eats Pancakes in the Middle of Road, Blocking Traffic (Facebook Video)
Meanwhile in Florida...
Someone thought eating their pancakes in the middle of an intersection was a good idea.
Someone did call police to report the odd incident, but by the time officers arrived, the dude and his pancakes were gone.
Eventually, he was caught.
According to Lakeland Police, he probably would have gotten away with it too - if it wasn't for the video posted on Facebook.
He was later charged with obstructing the roadway and disrupting the flow of traffic...

American Sign Language - GIPHY-style
How cool is this? Sure you can learn sign language via videos but this ingenious way will allow you to learn it even faster, living in a giphy world and all...
GIF site Giphy has launched a new "channel" containing more than 2,000 educational sign language clips with hand movements and text captions - courtesy of Sign With Robert, an instructional series for American Sign Language.
The hope is that people will pick up a word or two by sharing them at convenient moments online.
"The GIF format has the ability to loop infinitely, so it's perfect for learning new signs," Hilari Scarl, director and producer for Sign With Robert said. "It doesn't require the back and forth of hitting play, rewind or repeat."
You already know what we think about that:
So head on over to the gallery and try to memorize a few words and use them when you can - online or off!

What NUTELLA is actually made of...
So you really love your Nutella eh? Maybe not after seeing this infographic. Look at all that sugar!
A viral image uploaded to Reddit (and originally created by the consumer center in Hamburg, Germany) shows exactly what is in a jar of Nutella.
While Nutella only contains five ingredients (palm oil, cocoa, hazelnuts, skimmed milk powder, and sugar), a whopping half of the stuff is sugar.
According to its nutritional label, a jar of Nutella has 21 grams of sugar per 37 grams of spread (two tablespoons), meaning that in reality more than half is sugar. Much of the rest is palm oil — solid fat some claim causes cancer.Source: businessinsider

Do you recall any of these odd news stories from Ontario in 2016?
We'd have to say the weirdest one that stood out for us was the Creepy Clown craze that began back in October. They were so creepy that some were given a warning - or even arrested, for scaring the wits out of people. With that in mind, we'll start off our list of weird Ontario news stories from 2016 involving some unhappy clowns...

WAKE UP! It's FALL... AUTUMN... FALL... Which Do You Use? (Poll)
The word autumn came into general use around the 16th century, replacing the name harvest for the whole season. Autumn is derived from the French, which came from the Latin autumnus, the Roman name for this season.
Fall is a Germanic word that also came into use around the 16th century. It is thought to refer to the season's falling leaves and fruit, and to nature's decline as winter approaches.
Beginning in the 17th century, English-speaking emigrants took both words with them to the New World. In North America, fall became the more common word, while autumn gained the upper hand in Britain, as well as in Australia and New Zealand. In general, then, Americans usually say fall, while the British say autumn—and Canadians say both.
What's the difference?
How do we choose which word to use? Here are some guidelines. For most Canadians, fall is the informal, everyday choice. Use fall when speaking—autumn seems overly formal and a bit pretentious in most everyday contexts.
In writing, both autumn and fall are correct. But when we need a more formal word (or one with two syllables), we speak and write about autumn.
