SHAREABLE Tip #18 - FIGHT GUM DISEASE with THIS Home Remedy!

A salt water mouth rinse is the best thing ever that is often overlooked when it comes to a sore throat or gum disease (gingivitis). I've even used it to temporary calm a toothache! You see, the salt helps to neutralize the acidic environment in our mouths that promotes bacteria, making it difficult for bacteria to breed. Therefore, no bacteria = no gum disease which means no bad breath, sore gums or mouth ulcers! Try it!

FIGHT GUM DISEASE with THIS Home Remedy!
This is one of the most simple and effective home remedies for gum disease.

Add ½-1 teaspoon of salt to a cup of warm water.
Gargle mouth with this water for about 30 secs,
twice or three times a day, consistently.
You will see the difference within a few weeks.

SHAREABLE TIPS are pinnable images I create of random tips I come across daily.

WATCH As Car Slams Into Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake (Facebook Video)

Scary. This incident occurred yesterday - and it was all captured on camera!...

Footage of a car slamming into a Niagara-on-the-Lake restaurant has surfaced. It happened Tuesday afternoon at Silk's Country Kitchen on Niagara Stone Road. Police say the driver of the car put it in drive instead of reverse and drove into restaurant. - 610CKTB

Blair Robertson Psychic Medium Car Crash
Thanks to everyone for the well-wishes. Wendy and I appreciate it very much, and I have passed those thoughts onto Eddie Diijon. I got the CCTV footage of the incident from the management of the Silk's Country Kitchen in Virgil, near Niagara-On-The-Lake. I cannot believe we walked away from this. To be clear: we are NOT "okay." In my case, I'm clear to fly but need immediate followup. I'll be seeing the docs tomorrow. I'm battered and bruised, have a nasty headache and assorted aches and pains. Not fun. What's holding me/us together is that I'm ALIVE. The driver was NOT charged. She refused medical attention. They cleared her of alcohol being a factor, but nothing else is known of her mental health, prescription drugs, etc. For reasons entirely unknown to me, she was allowed to simply go home. I WILL be pursuing this in due course, but for now, I need to get home and get taken care of. BLESS all of you for your love and energy. I truly appreciate it. And if you're ever in the vicinity, check out Silks for fantastic food and great service. Tell them Blair sent you. :-) <3

VIDEO: Vinyl Ambush and Peel Region Police Jam Session!

So much for calling the police on a noise complaint. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em? ...
The police were called to a birthday party in Mississauga to investigate a band playing too loudly. The teenage members of Vinyl Ambush expected to get shut down, but to their surprise, one of the officers sat down at the drums and proved he had some musical chops of his own. - thestar

(Video snapshot)
Vinyl Ambush played a private event last night and it wasn't long before the Peel Police showed up. We thought the show was over but much to everyone's delight, they joined in for an incredible jam session. They were so impressed by the band instead of putting a stop to the show they wanted to join in then offered the band words of wisdom. Talk about community outreach. Many thanks to Peel Region Police for making it such a fun and memorable night for the Band and everyone there. You guys ROCK!

TWITTER: The catering requirements for #TrumpInIsrael seem kinda OCD...

It seems he's a fan of Sara Lee pies, Krispy Kreme donuts, Hungry Man Fried Chicken Frozen dinners - all the good stuff...
